Ophthalmology I

Description

The material covered includes ophthalmology for non-ophthalmologists especially as related to family practice, internal medicine, and pediatrics. Areas covered include ophthalmology in systemic disease, neuro-ophthalmology, visual field testing, motor field testing, pediatric ophthalmology, strabismus, external disease, glaucoma screening and tonometry. This rotation will include the University and Veterans eye programs, with time spent in both clinics. Course content can be modified to meet the specific requirements of a given student.
