Description
The third-year neurosurgery elective is a two-week rotation in Neurosurgery where students gain experience in the evaluation and treatment of neurosurgical problems encountered. The course introduces students to the daily practice of neurosurgery and focuses on diagnosis and management of common neurosurgical problems, related surgical procedures, and consultation.
