This 2-week elective is designed to enhance the student's understanding of gastroenterology, building upon knowledge and experiences gained during the pre-clerkship and clerkship years. Students will gain deeper insights into the core principles and essential skills relevant to the discipline through active participation in consultations, rounding with gastroenterology and Hepatology attendings, attending endoscopy sessions and weekly conferences, and participating in GI clinics.
